We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not entirely satisfied, you have 14 days to return the item in its original packaging for a refund. Please note that earrings cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons. If your item breaks after the 14-day refund period, we will assess the situation and may offer an exchange or repair.
